In 2018, corporate real estate has had an exceptional year. Better yet, the sector recorded a record of transactions with a 20% increase in investments, a business of around 15 billion euros. An increase driven by a dynamic economy and extremely low interest rates. This positive trend continued in 2019 thanks to the strong presence of foreign investors.

In fact, they dominated this first quarter with 59% of the volumes invested in all types of assets combined. At the top of the rankings are North Americans with 38% of capital placed by foreigners, followed closely by Europeans with 34%. The positioning of Korean investors on large operations should strengthen the share of Asians. The French represent 55% against 59% last year.

To summarize, the year 2019 certainly does not equal the figures of the previous year but still presents more than satisfactory results for the moment. What will be the next year ?
