Quissett Harbor is one of the most beautiful sailing harbors in New England and the home is waterfront on Buzzards Bay. The home has Central A/C. There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A modern kitchen which is fully equipped and with wonderful water views is conveniently located for entertaining. A long tavern table is in the front of the windows. The large living room has a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Large window facing the water and the beautifully landscaped grounds. The Master suite with spacious closets and dressing room with private bath Jacuzzi. The first floor also has a half bath for the convenience of guests. The next level: a loft as a study and the other side has separate laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. Stairs lead to the middle level with sitting area of private wing: bedroom with bath/stall shower only and 2 twins. Third level has the 3rd bedroom with a single bed and 4th bedroom 2 twins with crib and bath/shower only. Beds total: 5 twins..2 kings..crib and another sitting area with double futon in 2nd loft. Both lofts are easily accessile and provide for easy living. |
